Do I need formal experience to apply?
Our families are looking for candidates who bring real-world experience working with children or in private homes — whether as a nanny, housekeeper, household manager, teacher, childcare professional, or similar role. If you’ve worked in a setting that required care, professionalism, and reliability, we want to hear from you. We review every application individually, so if you’re unsure whether your background is the right fit, go ahead and apply — let us be the judge.
Can I apply if I’m only available part-time?
Yes. We have both full-time and part-time positions available. Indicate your availability clearly in your profile and we’ll match you accordingly.
What happens after I apply?
Our placement team carefully reviews every application. If your background and experience align with what our families are currently looking for, we’ll reach out to schedule a brief phone or video interview to discuss next steps.
Do you place candidates outside the Southeast?
Our primary markets are Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, and Texas. However, we do occasionally place candidates in other states for the right opportunity.
