We have the experience to recognize a good match because we know the pitfalls of the business, so this isn’t normally an issue; However, each permanent placement has a 6-month replacement period. In the unforeseen event that the candidate does not work out within the first 6 months, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge. In the rare event that an applicant’s employment is terminated within the first year, you will receive a credit to apply toward your next search. The credit is 100% for one search during the first 6-months of the applicant’s employment and is prorated depending on the duration of the applicant’s employment for the following days up to one year. A Client Coordinator will conduct a complete household assessment for you to help us better understand your needs. The Client Coordinator will look at your current needs, talk to you about your future needs and determine the most cost- effective solution for you.

- We typically introduce 3 candidates to you after our exhaustive interviews; However, there is no limit on how many candidates you can interview before you hiring someone.

- Review applications and resumes. In many cases, we review over 200 resumes for one job.
- Interviewing candidates via phone (sometimes more than once)
- Interview candidates in-person. All candidates are personally interviewed before we introduce them to your family. Many of our competitors do not interview candidates in person.
- Coordinating and scheduling all interviews with your family.
- Corresponding with all candidates to make sure they know what to bring to the interview and where to meet you for the interview.
