As a mother herself, Serra understood the overwhelming challenge of finding trustworthy, high-caliber household support. What began as a local boutique agency has grown into the Southeast’s gold standard for domestic staffing — a full-service household staffing agency that families trust completely.

Serra Deville, our founder, is a former professional nanny, household manager and mother, so our vetting philosophy comes from real-world experience, not resume-reading algorithms.
Over the years, our passion for helping families has driven our growth. We’ve expanded from a trusted local agency to a premier household staffing service, proudly serving families across Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, and Texas, and the surrounding southern states. Alongside Dream Nannies, Serra Deville founded and built Pro Maid Squad, an eco-friendly home cleaning company in Atlanta that was voted Best of Kudzu in 2016, with our manager, Don Deville, helping her manage it. Running it meant hiring, training, and managing our own team of professional cleaners, and that first-hand experience guides every housekeeper search we take on today.
