Our Story
Why Serra Deville Built a Green Cleaning Company
In the fall of 2016, after weeks of brainstorming, Serra founded Pro Maid Squad, an eco-friendly cleaning service for busy families and professionals in Atlanta, and built it alongside Dream Nannies, with Don helping her run and manage it. Don has always been service-driven, and he shared Serra’s goal of a business built on people, family culture and leadership, not just profit.
At first, Don wasn’t sure eco-friendly cleaning was the right path. After a lot of research (and more than a few late-night Chick-fil-A planning dates), the answer became clear:
Families wanted healthier homes without harsh chemicals, and a cleaning company they could truly trust. So Serra built one, and Don helped her run and manage it.
