Nanny for a Family in Jacksonville near Avondale /Riverside area

Seeking an active, engaging, progressive, and proactive nanny to care for a toddler and, once the new baby arrives, assist with both children. The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, and confident creating structure while using positive redirection and age-appropriate strategies. Responsibilities will include play, books, music, dancing, outdoor activities, potty-training support, walks, sensory activities, tummy time, and helping the children reach developmental milestones. The family is looking for someone who is a strong communicator, reads the room well, and can be flexible as the family’s needs change. Additional responsibilities will include light housekeeping related to the children, children’s laundry, tidying, organizing, keeping diaper stations stocked, occasional errands, and helping with simple healthy meal prep or cooking. The schedule is approximately 30 hours per week, primarily mornings Monday–Friday, with some afternoon/evening flexibility and occasional date nights or additional hours as needed. The family is looking for someone who is open-minded, respectful, active, and willing to become a trusted long-term part of their household. 1 large dog Schedule 30 hours a week guarantee (will be mostly morning however maybe 1 or 2 afternoons a week.
