1. Non-Refundable Fees

All fees paid to Georgia’s Dream Nannies, Inc. for placement services, application processing, or any other services are strictly non-refundable, as outlined in your specific Client Agreement or service contract.

2. Applicant Truthfulness and Reference Checks

By submitting a Nanny, Housekeeper, Household Manager, or other Domestic Professional Application, you expressly agree to the following:

Accuracy of Information: All information provided in your application is true and accurate in all respects. You understand that prospective employers will rely on this information when making hiring decisions.

Verification: You authorize Dream Nannies and prospective employers to contact all references listed on your application and to verify your employment history and credentials.

Consequences of False Information: If any part of your application is found to be false, misleading, or intentionally omitted, you may be immediately dismissed from consideration or employment without further obligation on the part of the employer or Dream Nannies.

3. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Dream Nannies acts solely as a referral and placement agency. We do not employ the domestic professionals we place; they are employed directly by the client families.

No Liability for Employment Actions: Dream Nannies is not liable or responsible for any act, omission, or conduct initiated by the domestic professional or the client family in connection with any placement, employment relationship, or interview facilitated by Dream Nannies.

Indemnification by Applicants: Domestic professional applicants agree to hold harmless and indemnify Georgia’s Dream Nannies, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees and court costs) incurred by any person arising out of their employment, their application, or any interview facilitated by Dream Nannies.

Indemnification by Client Families: Client families agree to hold harmless and indemnify Georgia’s Dream Nannies, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees and court costs) arising out of or related to the employment of any domestic professional placed by Dream Nannies, the family’s use of our services, or any act or omission of the client family in connection with a placement.

General Disclaimer: In no event will Georgia’s Dream Nannies, Inc. be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services.

4. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

All content, design, graphics, text, and underlying code on this website are the intellectual property of Georgia’s Dream Nannies, Inc. The “Dream Nannies” name, the Georgia’s Dream Nannies, Inc. corporate name, our logos, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of Georgia’s Dream Nannies, Inc. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our trademarks or intellectual property without our prior written permission.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to our website, candidate portal, or services at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

6. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Venue

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the website or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

While Dream Nannies operates and serves clients across Georgia, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, and South Carolina, you expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be the state or federal courts located in Georgia. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to venue.

7. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
