Pixie Pink Punch

This recipe is perfect for a small gathering or a fun afternoon treat. You can easily scale it up for more kids.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pink lemonade concentrate (frozen or from a bottle)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup raspberry juice or cranberry-raspberry juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda or ginger ale
  • Optional garnishes: fresh raspberries, sliced strawberries, or a lemon twist

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Base: In a pitcher or large jug, combine the pink lemonade concentrate and the cold water. Stir until the concentrate is fully dissolved.
  2. Add the Berry Flavor: Pour in the raspberry or cranberry-raspberry juice. This deepens the pink color and adds more fruity flavor. Stir well.
  3. Make it Fizzy: Just before serving, gently pour in the lemon-lime soda or ginger ale. Stir very lightly to mix it in, trying not to lose all the bubbles.
  4. Serve: Pour the punch into fun glasses. Add your optional garnishes like a few fresh raspberries or a strawberry slice to each glass for an extra pop of color and flavor.

Pro-Tips for Fun:

  • Ice, Ice, Baby: Freeze a few raspberries or strawberries into an ice cube tray with water to make “fruity ice cubes.”
  • Themed Fun: Call it something else for a party, like “Fairy Potion Punch” or “Princess Power Punch.”
  • Healthier Option: Use a no-sugar-added pink lemonade and a sugar-free lemon-lime soda for a less-sweet version.
