I had very particular requirements about getting a nanny manager who could get the kids fed and to school in the morning but who also was able to speak the kids’ native language (which is not English). I had spoken with other Nanny agencies, and there was resistance to finding someone with these skill sets. We have the experience to recognize a good match because we know the pitfalls of the business, so this isn’t normally an issue; However, each permanent placement has a 6-month replacement period. In the unforeseen event that the candidate does not work out within the first 6 months, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge. In the rare event that an applicant’s employment is terminated within the first year, you will receive a credit to apply toward your next search. The credit is 100% for one search during the first 6-months of the applicant’s employment and is prorated depending on the duration of the applicant’s employment for the following days up to one year. We have a great placement track record with many of our top-notch candidates working for the same family for 3 to 7+ years! A Client Coordinator will conduct a complete household assessment for you to help us better understand your needs. The Client Coordinator will look at your current needs, talk to you about your future needs and determine the most cost- effective solution for you.
Once you decide to hire a candidate that we refer to you, then you will pay a one-time referral fee. Please call our office at 1-844-626-6922 to discuss the referral fee for your area. Dream Nannies gives families peace of mind with 6-month replacement period for all permanent placements.
