I had very particular requirements about getting a nanny manager who could get the kids fed and to school in the morning but who also was able to speak the kids’ native language (which is not English). I had spoken with other Nanny agencies, and there was resistance to finding someone with these skill sets. When I called Georgia Dream Nannies, they said that this was not a problem but that the search may take a little longer. They found three people who met our language requirement within four weeks (two weeks less than the average six weeks for a regular nanny with some agencies). We hired the first person we interviewed, and she has been absolutely fabulous. We are very grateful for the service of Georgia’s Dream Nannies and will use them again (but hope we don’t have to because we really like our current nanny!

Our staff will typically introduces 3 candidates to you after our exhaustive interviews; However, there is no limit on how many candidates you can interview before you hiring someone.

Follow Up

We are always available to help answer any questions after you hire a candidate. Our knowledgeable staff is only one phone call away to helping you resolve any issues or help answer any questions.

Replacements

We have the experience to recognize a good match because we know the pitfalls of the business, so this isn’t normally an issue; However, each permanent placement has a 6-month replacement period. In the unforeseen event that the candidate does not work out within the first 6 months, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge. In the rare event that an applicant’s employment is terminated within the first year, you will receive a credit to apply toward your next search.  The credit is 100% for one search during the first 6-months of the applicant’s employment and is prorated depending on the duration of the applicant’s employment for the following days up to one year. We have a great placement track record with many of our top-notch candidates working for the same family for 3 to 7+ years!  Many of our nanny and other household placements have been with their families longer than our competition has been in business!
